This was a 2-day event focused on the future of transport—everything from autonomous Waymo cars to making public transit better in rural areas.

How it came together: Since there was so much happening at once across different rooms and outdoor tours, my goal while filming was to be everywhere at once without being in the way. I wanted to capture the “brainstorming” energy, so I focused on a lot of handheld, candid footage of the workshops and the networking over coffee.

In the edit, I leaned into a high-energy rhythm. I spent some time picking a track that felt modern but professional, then cut the clips to the beat to keep the momentum going. I also made sure to include the “Helsinki vibes” with the outdoor shots to give the viewer a sense of the location.
